Qa3a is a tracking tool, not a coach and not a doctor. The numbers and progress it shows are not medical or athletic advice, and you alone are responsible for what you lift and how you train.
1. Accepting these terms
By using the Qa3a app or the qa3a.app
website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the
app.
2. What Qa3a is
Qa3a is a workout tracker for the gym and bodybuilding: you log exercises, sets, weights and measurements, and it shows you your progress. It works offline and needs no account to start.
3. Not medical advice
Qa3a does not provide medical consultation, diagnosis, treatment or a personalised training programme. Consult a qualified doctor or coach before starting or changing a training programme, especially if you have an injury or a health condition.
Lifting weights carries a risk of injury. That risk is yours.
4. Your account
- You start with an anonymous account created automatically. Linking an email or a Google account is entirely optional.
- If you link an account, protecting access to it is your responsibility.
- The data you log is yours, and you can delete it at any time from Settings → Data → Delete everything.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Qa3a for anything unlawful, do not attempt to break into or disrupt it, do not try to reach other users’ data, and do not scrape it.
6. Ownership
The app, its name, logo and design belong to the Qa3a team. Your training data belongs to you.
7. Availability and warranty
The app is provided as is. We work to keep it running and to keep your data safe, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or continuously available. Keep your own copy of data that matters to you.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, damage or data loss arising from use of the app.
8. Ending use
You can stop using Qa3a and delete your data at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. An anonymous account with not a single logged workout is deleted automatically after 60 days.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Updates appear on this page with a new date, and material changes are announced inside the app.
