In short. Qa3a works without an account. On first launch an anonymous account is created for you with no name, no email and no phone number, and your workouts are saved on your phone first. We do not collect your location, contacts or photos, we show no ads, and we do not track you across apps.
1. Scope
This policy covers the Qa3a Android app
(com.prograph.qaa) and the qa3a.app website.
The data controller is the Qa3a app team, reachable at
support@qa3a.app.
2. What is collected

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertisers.
4. Where your data is stored
On your phone first. If you link an account, a copy is stored on Supabase — Frankfurt, European Union.
The processors we use: Supabase (storage and accounts), PostHog (anonymous analytics), Sentry (crash reports), and an email provider for account confirmation messages.
5. Why we process this data
- To run the app: saving your workouts, syncing them between your devices and restoring them if you change phone — the service you asked for.
- To improve the app: anonymous analytics and crash reports. Analytics can be switched off inside the app at any time.
- To protect your account: a linked email is used for account recovery and for confirming important changes, not for marketing.
6. How to delete your data
Inside the app: Settings → Data → Delete everything.
Or write to support@qa3a.app and we will delete it for you.
7. Dormant accounts
An anonymous account with not a single logged workout is deleted automatically after 60 days.
8. Your rights
Because account data is stored in the European Union, you have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data, and to object to its processing. Write to support@qa3a.app and we will answer.
9. Children
Qa3a is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the legal age in their country. If you believe a child has created an account, write to us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes are also announced inside the app.
